To recruit a new member follow the following steps:
1. Have them sign up on this page first, do not test them if they have not signed up yet
2. Duel them, and rate them on their duel plus add an explanation. They do not have to win to be Ra Yellow.
3. When you have made your decision post in the "People Tested" Forum. Add their DN name, their name on this site, their rank, and an explanation.
4. You're Done.
